Alcohol ordinance soon to reach compliance deadline in the city of Vista

The Responsible Alcohol Sales and Service (RBSS) Ordinance approved late last year will reach its compliance period in June 2010. The new ordinance mandates that all employees of businesses that sell and serve alcohol complete a state certified training course every two years.
