The North Coastal Prevention Youth Coalition (NCPYC) is a program of the North Coastal Prevention Coalition.

NCPYC is funded in part by the County of San Diego’s Health and Human Services Agency through Alcohol and Drug Services, the Office of National Drug Control Policy (ONDCP), the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention (OJJDP), and California Proposition 99.

The North Coastal Prevention Youth Coalition (NCPYC) is a program of the North Coastal Prevention Coalition and managed by Vista Community Clinic.

NCPYC is funded in part by the County of San Diego’s Health and Human Services Agency, Behavioral Health Services.

Students at Rancho Buena Vista High School, Oceanside High School, and El Camino High School can come to club meetings scheduled twice a month during lunch periods.

 


Youth Honorary Service Award 2018-2019

As part of NCPC’s mission, an important component is to actively engage youth in alcohol and drug prevention through advocacy and policy changes within their community. This year, NCPC would like to recognize, Gabriel Dorantes, for his four years of commitment and dedication to NCPC through the “Be the Resistance Club” (BTR) at Oceanside High School.
