The South Coast Region Allies in Tobacco Control For Hispanics (SCRATCH) project is a new program with Vista Community Clinic with a focus on providing reducing disparities in relation to Tobacco use for the following communities: Encinitas, Carlsbad, Oceanside, National City, Anaheim, Garden Grove, and Santa Ana.

We hope to tackle prevalent tobacco-related issues within our communities through youth engagement, promotion of smoke-free trade schools and public housing authorities, and clinical cessation integration. Although our target population is the Latino community, we open our services to all identities and backgrounds who are within the locations we serve (listed above).
