NCPC brings people together to share resources, ideas, and expertise, through a process that creates opportunities to address issues in new ways and find creative solutions to prevent and reduce substance abuse.

•  "NCPC's New Year's Eve Bash" An Alcohol & Drug Free Celebration at Boomer's! Vista. Sponsorship opportunities available. Buy tickets at Boomers! or online at VisTix.

• "La Posada" A holiday celebration for the whole family aimed to promote unity and positive behavior in Oceanside's Eastside neighborhood at Joe Balderrama Park on San Diego Street.

• "420 Remix – A Celebration of Sober and Drug Free Life Choices." An annual community event to provide alternative activities to getting high on April 20, the unofficial "marijuana holiday." 

• "National Night Out" The now popular national night out has been celebrated for decades in many communities across America on the first Tuesday in August as a symbol to fight against crime and the Eastside Neighborhood in Oceanside has joined in as an effort to unite its residents and foster a safe and productive community.

• "Día del Niño – The Day of the Child" An annual celebration of children held at Balderrama Park in Oceanside. This is a collaborative effort sponsored by NCPC, the City of Oceanside, and the Eastside Neighborhood Association.
