Members present workshop at CADCA
The Eastside Neighborhood Association and NCPC members will present at CADCA's National Leadership Forum in February 2010. "Mobilizing residents to change the physical and social conditions in a neighborhood". In addition, NCPC staff will also co-present for HARM (Health Advocates Rejecting Marijuana) to share marijuana prevention efforts in San Diego County.
